One meditation style doesn’t fit all.
Just as life isn’t a one way street, meditation isn’t either. Why have one meditation technique in your tool kit, when you can have three? This is why I have studied and curated a five week Learn to Meditate program, which can be used effortlessly across many meditation forms and personal learning styles. As I guide you through establishing the three key meditation techniques – breath / positive affirmation / visualisation – you will build a solid foundation for a daily practice, for many years to come. Supported and guided every step of the way, you will explore ancient techniques founded in Mindfulness, Insight, Health and Guided Visualisation Meditation.
