Shipping, Refund and Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy:

Goods: Your goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment, and can be expected to arrive within 5 – 10 business days. An Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you once posted. At this point in time postage is available within Australia only. 

Digital Downloads: Your product will be dispatched via email within 24 hours of receiving payment. All digital downloads are available for purchase worldwide! 

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Goods: We do not issue refunds or exchanges on any goods purchased online. All objects have been lovingly hand selected to bring wellness into your space.

Services: We do not issue refunds or exchanges on any services purchased online. We appreciate life can be demanding, and are happy to reschedule your appointment should the unexpected arise. We require 48hrs notice to reschedule your original booking. Cancellations within 48hrs can not be rescheduled or refunded.

Digital Products: We do not issue refunds for digital product(s) once the order is confirmed and the download link is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our product(s).
