Establishing a solid meditation foundation for all.

The workplace Learn to Meditate programs use a contemporary 21st century approach, which is applied effortlessly across many meditation forms and personal learning styles.

One meditation style does not fit all. This is why I have studied and curated the 3 most effective meditation techniques: counting breath, positive affirmation and visualisation. With these techniques in your toolkit, you are not only creating a solid meditation foundation, but learning how to bring mini meditations into your workplace and everyday life. From moment to moment, at anytime of your day.

All workplace programs: The Seed, The Tree and The Forest explore the main meditation techniques, with The Tree and The Forest programs branching out even further. These programs allow Jaye to create tailored meditations to nurture the short-term and long-term goals of the team and business.

The group are supported along their meditation journey by Jaye with compassion and understanding. Wouldn’t you like to cultivate a culture where individuals manage stress better, are more focused, engaged while approaching problem solving with ease?
